We want our website to work for everyone. This page explains where we are, where we are falling short, and what we are doing about it.

Our Commitment

We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance across adgointeractive.com. That standard covers the core requirements for accessible web experiences: keyboard navigation, screen reader support, colour contrast, and clear content structure.

Current Status

Our site is relatively new. We have implemented a number of accessibility practices from the start, including semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy, alt text on images, keyboard-navigable menus and interactive elements, colour contrast ratios that meet or exceed AA thresholds for primary text, and focus indicators on interactive elements.

We are not claiming full compliance. There are areas we are still auditing and improving, particularly around complex UI components, animation behaviour for users with vestibular sensitivities, and third-party embedded content.

Known Limitations

Some interactive components built with third-party libraries may not be fully keyboard accessible. Certain animated sections do not yet respond to the prefers-reduced-motion media query. We have not completed a full screen reader audit across all pages.

We are working through these systematically.

How to Report an Issue

If you encounter a barrier on our site, we want to know about it. Email us at [email protected] with a description of the issue and the page or element involved. We will respond within 5 business days and work to fix confirmed issues in the next development cycle.

What We Are Doing to Improve

We run periodic accessibility audits using both automated tools and manual testing. Our improvement process includes keyboard navigation testing on every new component before deployment, alt text review as part of the content publishing workflow, contrast checks on all colour palette changes, and reviewing ARIA attribute usage as components evolve.

This is ongoing work, not a one-time checklist.
