We use a small set of third-party platforms to operate our business. Your information may pass through HubSpot (our CRM, where contact form submissions are stored and managed), Google Analytics (for website traffic and behaviour analysis), and MailerLite (for email marketing to subscribers who have opted in).

We share only what is necessary for each tool to function. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Legal Basis for Processing

For contacts in Canada, we operate under PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act). We collect and use your data with your implied or express consent, and only for the purposes stated at the time of collection.

For contacts in the EU or UK, our legal basis is either your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your contact information in HubSpot for as long as there is an active or potential business relationship. If you request deletion, we remove your record within 30 days.

Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to Google's standard retention settings (14 months by default).

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct any information that is inaccurate, request deletion of your data, opt out of marketing emails at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link), and withdraw consent for any processing based on consent.
